Terms of Service
These terms apply to invited users of the Personal Wealth OS private preview.
Last updated: 7 October 2026Operator
Private preview. Registration and paid access are not open to the public. Verified operator identity, postal address and registration details must be configured before public launch.
Service
The application consolidates user-authorized financial data and manual entries to provide account, transaction, asset, liability, reconciliation, reporting and planning views. Access is personal, revocable and limited to accounts and workspaces you are entitled to use.
No advice or unsupported guarantee
Outputs are informational tools. They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice and do not guarantee returns, savings, completeness or uninterrupted availability. Verify material information against the original bank, broker or document before acting.
Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, Open Banking and other connected services may be supplied by third parties. Their availability, account coverage, history and authorization periods can change. Choosing a third-party sign-in or connection also subjects that interaction to the provider’s terms and privacy notice.
User responsibilities
- Keep devices and authentication methods secure.
- Connect only sources you are authorized to access.
- Review imported and calculated information for accuracy.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with security controls.
Privacy and ownership
You retain rights in the information you provide. You permit its processing only as needed to deliver and secure the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Application software, branding and original interface assets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Payments, cancellation and withdrawal
The current private preview does not take payment. See the Refund Policy. Before a paid public offer begins, the operator must publish the price, duration, cancellation process and applicable consumer withdrawal rights before checkout.
Suspension and ending access
Access may be suspended to protect users, data or the service, or when these terms are materially breached. Users may stop using the preview and request account deletion, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that every third-party data point or calculation is always current or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and changes
Applicable Romanian and European Union law governs the service where required. Material changes will be published, and renewed acceptance will be requested when the nature of the agreement requires it.
